Samson Tsedeke – Profile

Samson Tsedeke is a seasoned Ethiopian investment and business consultant with nearly three decades of combined experience in banking, project finance, and advisory services.

He began his career at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), where he worked for 10 years as a Senior Project Finance Analyst. In this role, he specialized in evaluating large-scale industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects, developing financial models, assessing risks, and structuring financing packages in line with national banking policies and international standards. His work at CBE gave him a strong foundation in financial due diligence, credit appraisal, and project monitoring.

In 2007, Samson founded Multilink Consulting PLC, where he has since spent more than 18 years building one of Ethiopia’s most trusted advisory firms. Under his leadership, Multilink has completed over 300 projects for more than 200 clients, covering a wide range of sectors such as manufacturing, agro-processing, construction, financial services, energy, hospitality, healthcare, and digital platforms.

Through Multilink, Samson has led the preparation of bankable feasibility studies, market assessments, IPO prospectuses, investment memoranda, financial restructuring plans, and transaction advisory services. His expertise lies in bridging the gap between investors, banks, and government institutions—helping businesses navigate Ethiopia’s complex regulatory and financial environment while ensuring compliance with global standards.
